On our way to Canberra, we stopped at Holbrook. It is quite a way away from any ocean and looked kind of strange and exciting to find a submarine in town. We had planned to stop in Holbrook for a look but I had no idea how big this submarine would be. After such a long drive, it was a great spot to stretch the legs too.
I am so glad we saw this. I had really hoped to see out of the ordinary kinds of things on our trip. I think a submarine in a small country town probably covers that.
